2. Product Designer
Location: Remote Work, Employment Type: Full-time/ Part-time

About the Role : We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to help shape Personal Best's product line. You'll be responsible for designing running apparel and accessories that combine performance, comfort, and brand identity — with a strong understanding of technical sportswear fabrics.

Responsibilities

• Design running apparel, accessories, and gear that align with the brand's identity and runner needs
• Research and select appropriate technical/performance fabrics suited for running conditions (moisture-wicking, breathability, stretch, durability, etc.)
• Develop tech packs, spec sheets, and design documentation for production
• Work closely with manufacturers and factories to ensure design intent is executed correctly in samples and production
• Stay updated on running product trends, materials innovation, and competitor products
• Collaborate with the marketing and community teams to ensure products reflect runner insights and community feedback
• Manage the design process from concept through sampling, fitting, revisions, and final production
• Ensure designs balance creativity, functionality, and cost-efficiency

Requirements

• Proven experience in product/apparel design, ideally within sportswear or activewear
• Strong understanding of technical fabrics used in running/sports apparel
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop; CAD/pattern software a plus)
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate ideas into functional products
• Understanding of garment construction, fit, and production processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet production timelines
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work required

• Personal passion for running or an active lifestyle
• Experience working directly with factories/manufacturers in Thailand or the region
• Familiarity with sustainable or performance textile innovations
