1. Community Lead
Location: Remote work, Employment Type: Full-time/ Part-time
About the Role
We're looking for a Community Lead who lives and breathes running to help grow Personal Best's presence within the running scene. This person will be the bridge between our brand, runners, partner brands, and retail stores — building genuine relationships and creating community experiences that strengthen brand loyalty and visibility.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with runners, run clubs, running communities, partner brands, and retail partners
- Plan and execute community events, group runs, and brand activations that bring runners together around Personal Best
- Act as the face of the brand within the running community, representing Personal Best at races, meetups, and partner events
- Collaborate with brand partners and retailers to create co-branded activities and cross-promotional opportunities
- Identify and engage key community figures (run leaders, influencers, pacers) to expand brand reach organically
- Gather insights and feedback from the running community to inform product and marketing decisions
- Track and report on community engagement, event outcomes, and growth of the community network
Requirements
- A genuine runner with an active presence in the running community
- Strong existing connections and network across various runner groups/clubs in Thailand
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience organizing events, community programs, or brand activations (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the local running culture, trends, and community dynamics
- Good communication skills in Thai; English is a plus
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends for events and group runs
Nice to Have
- Experience working with sports or lifestyle brands
- Existing relationships with run clubs, pacers, or running event organizers
- Social media savviness for community-driven content
